The series 2040 is a fourth generation Test System that can be used in a wide variety of applications. The 2040 features a modular design approach combining four major subsystems: A powerful system controller, a complete analog functional test module, a digital test module and an analog in-circuit test module. These modules are combined into a completely integrated system configuration to meet the exact needs of the customer’s applications while allowing for future expansion.
The Series 2040 has a proven track record of reliability, which is combined with a system level self test and calibration. This allows our customers to concentrate on their product and not on the tester.
The Series 2040 utilizes industry standard software tools. This allows our customers to quickly become successful with the 2040 test, in either an engineering or production environment.
